About this design

Veteran stars is the plainest thing we make: the single word VETERAN, held between two stars, with nothing else attached to it. No branch, no rank, no campaign ribbon, no year. That restraint is the point. The word is a fact about the person wearing it, and it does not need a war or a job title beside it to be true.
We set the letters wide and tall so the embroidery reads cleanly at hat scale, where thin strokes and small counters disappear into thread. On caps the two stars are stitched in the brass accent color; on the heavyweight tee the same layout is screen-sharp in a single ink.
It is the design we suggest when someone wants to say the thing plainly, at a family dinner or a hardware store, without turning a conversation into a briefing.
