Made-to-order production process

All apparel and headwear purchased through Truth Veteran are made to order. Instead of mass-producing inventory that sits in a warehouse, each item is printed or embroidered specifically when you place an order. This print-on-demand approach prevents overproduction and ensures each piece receives individual quality inspection.

We partner with Printful, a domestic print fulfillment leader, to produce and dispatch our products. Printful receives the recipient name, shipping address, order contents, and phone number (if provided for delivery notifications) solely to manufacture and ship your package.

Production and fulfillment timelines

Because every product is crafted individually, order fulfillment consists of two distinct stages: production and carrier transit.

  • Standard printed apparel: Garment-dyed t-shirts typically require 2 to 5 business days for printing, curing, and packaging.
  • Embroidered headwear: Custom embroidered caps require detailed threading and finishing, which can take up to 7 business days before shipping.
  • Production cutoff: Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays enter production queues on the subsequent business day.

Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. If you need to change or cancel, email [email protected] right away with your order number. We can change or cancel only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours; after that we can’t stop it.

Domestic shipping and transit times

Truth Veteran currently ships exclusively to physical addresses and post office boxes within the United States. We do not support international shipments at this time.

Once production is completed, your package is handed over to a tracked domestic carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery transit times typically range from 3 to 8 business days for destinations across the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses may require additional transit time depending on carrier logistics.

Shipping rates

Every order ships by tracked standard shipping within the United States, at one simple rate:

  • Orders under $60: $4.99 flat, whatever the weight or how many items are in the order.
  • Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping. The $60 counts the items in your cart before tax and shipping, and the discount is applied automatically.

Order tracking and carrier delivery

As soon as Printful prints your shipping label and the carrier scans your package into transit, our store system sends an automated shipping confirmation email. This email contains your carrier name and tracking number, allowing you to follow package movement from the print facility directly to your doorstep.

If your tracking link indicates that the carrier delivered your package but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your building management office. If you still cannot locate the parcel after 48 hours, reach out to our customer service desk at [email protected] for assistance.
