How are Truth Veteran apparel orders manufactured and shipped?
All shirts and hats are made to order through our print partner, Printful. Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. Standard t-shirts typically take two to five business days to print, while embroidered caps require up to seven business days. Packages ship via tracked carriers within the United States, taking three to eight business days to arrive.
Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. If you need to change or cancel, email us right away at our support address with your order number. We can change or cancel only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours; after that we can't stop it.
What is the Truth Veteran return policy if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within thirty days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our support team will review the photos and issue a free replacement or full refund via Stripe. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer remorse or incorrect sizing.
Are Truth Veteran disability calculators private and secure to use?
Yes. All Truth Veteran calculators run entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. None of the ratings, military service dates, or medical information you input are transmitted to our servers or saved in a database. When you refresh or close your browser tab, your data disappears. You can use our tools without creating an account or providing personal details.
Is Truth Veteran affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs?
No. Truth Veteran is an independent private publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any other government agency. We are not a Veterans Service Organization, and we are not accredited claims representatives. Our guides provide educational information, but we do not prepare claims or offer legal advice.
