About this design

A GWOT veteran hat and shirt for Global War on Terrorism veterans who served after 2001, embroidered on caps and printed on tees and mugs.

This design reads GWOT VETERAN in tall, condensed display type. For the generation that enlisted in the twenty years after September 11, 2001, those four letters—short for the Global War on Terrorism—became the everyday shorthand for their entire era of service. Many post-9/11 service members deployed to more than one theater, rotated between Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and maritime patrols, or supported global operations from staging bases that never fit neatly onto a single country hat.

Putting GWOT on the front of a cap or shirt covers the whole span in one recognizable word. It is a favorite among younger and middle-aged veterans who grew up with the acronym on their paperwork and now use it to spot peers at the gym, coffee shop, or hardware store. It also makes an easy, no-guesswork birthday, Father's Day, or Veterans Day gift for anyone who served after 2001.

Our dad hats, trucker caps, beanies, and polos carry the lettering in durable direct embroidery. The heavyweight tees, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, mugs, and stickers are printed to order with clean, bold ink.
